Club Fees
For the 2025 season, the board has established the BASE CLUB FEE PER PLAYER at $125. This base fee covers a range of essential costs, including recruitment, sponsorship, tournaments, equipment, supplies, field expenses, insurance, and player carding.
Returning Player Discount
We're pleased to announce that players who participated in the fall 2024 season are eligible for a $100 discount, which can be applied to either the spring or fall 2025 season fees.
Tiered Team Fees
In addition to the base fee, each team will be categorized as LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH Tier, with corresponding total fees that include the base fee and are calculated assuming a parent coach. The expected fees are as follows:
• LOW Tier (e.g., U8, U10) – approximately $243 (base included)
• MEDIUM Tier (e.g., U11, U12) – approximately $261 (base included)
• HIGH Tier (e.g., U13, U14 and above) – approximately $323 (base included)
Non-Parent Coach Fee
Teams with a non-parent coach will incur an additional fee of $90 per player. We highly encourage parents interested in coaching to reach out, as having a parent coach not only reduces costs but also strengthens our club's sense of community.
Discounts for Multiple Children
To support families with more than one child participating in OTSC, we're offering a discount off the base fee:
• 1st child – $125 (no discount)
• 2nd child – $100 (a $25 discount)
• 3rd child – $75 (a $50 discount)
• 4th child – $50 (a $75 discount)
Late Registration Fee
Please be mindful that a $25 late fee will apply for registrations submitted after the designated registration deadline.
