Mission Statement

The mission of the Old Town Soccer Club is to provide the youth of southeastern Ohio ages 8 to 18 a place to play soccer at a higher level and to receive quality coaching in a safe and positive environment. OTSC is a family-friendly organization that encourages and welcomes all players of all skill levels. Our mission and focus is to develop each and every player with a holistic approach. We strive to develop each players technical skills and tactical understanding of the game. The OTSC club strives to conduct all business in a professional, fair, and customer friendly environment that puts the interest of the players first.

Vision Statement

Old town soccer club aspires to be a club recognized for providing the highest quality soccer experience and education at an affordable price. Our vision is to have all teams filled with appropriate ages and appropriate gender. We have a vision to incorporate our curriculum throughout the club from top to bottom. Our vision is to have a club wide style of play and philosophy that can be carried out on the pitch and recognized from every OTSC team.

Philosophy

OTSC is a club committed to promoting excellence in the educational, character, and physical development of our youth by providing a challenging athletic experience. The game of soccer will be used to instill the qualities of leadership, teamwork, commitment, dedication, perseverance, sportsmanship, and fair play. These values will be challenged, tested and strengthened throughout the season. Players will learn to cope with success and failure on and off the pitch they will learn to be humble in victory and proud in defeat. They will understand that the game of soccer is preparing them for the ultimate competition: life.
